Turnaround Times

We work toward a 5 lab day turnaround schedule for all of our processes with the exception of ECN-2 (which is processed every 10 lab days).

A lab day is any week day. Lab days reflect the fact the lab is operating; i.e. processing & scanning film. Although we're open Sunday, our lab doesn't operate. Sundays serve as a time to buy film, collect negatives etc. We're closed on Saturdays.

If you need your film processed quickly, we offer a rush service. Our rush service is a guaranteed 1 lab day turnaround, but only between Monday and Thursday. If you drop your rush order off during Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you'll receive your order before the close of business the following Monday. Capiche?
